This Privacy Policy describes how Culture Corner (“Culture Corner,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with www.culturecorner.com and the Culture Corner app (together, the “Services”). This policy applies to our general, adult-facing data practices. Our separate Children's Online Privacy Policy (Effective Date: August 29, 2026, available at [ https://www.culturecorner.com/children-s-online-privacy-policy ]) governs our practices toward children under 13 and controls wherever the two policies would otherwise conflict.

1. Who We Are

Culture Corner is an e-commerce retailer of children's toys and media, operating www.culturecorner.com and the Culture Corner app, including on the Amazon Appstore.

2. Information We Collect

Registration information you provide if you choose to create an account, such as your name, email address, username, and password;
Transaction information you provide to place an order or contact customer service, such as shipping address, phone number, and payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves);
Communication preferences, if you opt in to a newsletter or promotional emails;
Usage and device information collected automatically, such as browser or device type, app version, pages or screens viewed, and general (non-precise) usage patterns; and
Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site/app, remember your cart and preferences, and understand aggregate usage through basic analytics.

We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, microphone/camera data, contacts, or SMS/call data through the Services.

3. How We Collect Information

Directly from you, when you create an account, place an order, sign up for communications, or contact us;
Automatically, through cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies when you use the Services; and
From service providers who help verify information you've given us, such as address-validation services used during checkout.

4. How We Use Information

Create and manage your account and fulfill your orders;
Communicate with you about your account, orders, or (if you've opted in) promotions and product updates;
Personalize your experience in the app, such as remembering saved items;
Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, including through basic analytics; and
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or activity that violates our terms or applicable law.

5. Sharing Your Information With Other Entities

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

Service providers performing functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, website/app hosting, customer support tools, and basic analytics — under contracts limiting their use of your information to those services;
With your direction or consent, such as if you ask us to share information with a partner to fulfill a specific request;
Legal, safety, and enforcement purposes, such as responding to a subpoena or court order, protecting the rights, property, or safety of Culture Corner, our customers, or the public, or enforcing our Terms of Use; and
Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing unless you affirmatively opt in.

Please note that if you decline to provide certain information (such as a shipping address), we may not be able to complete certain transactions.

7. Children's Privacy

We recognize the need for further protections for personal information from children. The Culture Corner app is designed so that children can browse, view media, and play activities without providing personal information, and features that could otherwise collect personal information from a child are not enabled without parental notice and, where required, verifiable parental consent. 8. Data Security, Integrity, and Retention

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law (for example, tax, accounting, and order-history recordkeeping).

9. Amazon Appstore Disclosure

Consistent with the Amazon Appstore's Privacy and Security Policy, we notify you of, and where required obtain your consent before, any collection of personal data through the app, and we only use “child-suitable” SDKs consistent with Amazon's Child-Directed App Policy in child-directed areas of the app. We do not use Amazon Advertising or Amazon Associates services to deliver advertising to children or in child-directed areas of the app.

10. US State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you and request access to it;
Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (such as records we must keep for tax purposes);
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising — though we currently do neither; and
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post material changes here with a new effective date and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
